First Post Of The New Year
While I'm loath to say goodbye to any year, as each is to be cherished on its own, 2015 was particularly difficult and I'm ready for a new number to write on checks. So, here's to 2016.
It's also the Feast of the Holy Name, too:
Eternal Father, you gave to your incarnate Son the holy name of Jesus to be the sign of our salvation: Plant in every heart, we pray, the love of him who is the Savior of the world, our Lord Jesus Christ; who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, in glory everlasting. Amen.
