Travis McGee and his Busted Flush evicted from Fort Lauderdale marina
This is rather short sighted. Not only are all of the books still in print, but Leonardo DiCaprio is producing a movie from one of them with Christian Bale as McGee. Besides, when once asked where I would like the S/V Leviathan berthed, I said "Slip F-18" and the harbormaster replied, "There's a waiting list for that one." This was in Connecticut, mind you, and not Florida. It seems that there is still a considerable boat-owning fan base.
