Some Pungent Nostalgia
I miss the days when state politicians were more concerned with fixing potholes than serving as my moral tutors. Considering that political morality is mostly posturing for other members of the cocktail party set, and is rarely represented in the personal or professional lives of the political class, road maintenance would be more useful.
