Standing Rock: North Dakota access pipeline demonstrators say white people are 'treating protest like Burning Man'
I've noticed when this is discussed in Episcopal Church circles it's described more as Woodstock than as an exercise in tribal autonomy. This tendency is concerning, too:
"Some protestors are reportedly living off the native American community."
Woodstock can very easily become Altamont.
